2020-2021 YEARBOOK SUBMISSIONS

It’s time for our annual edition of the Walgrove Yearbook!

Our yearbook is a great way to celebrate and acknowledge every member of our school community, as well as preserve your child’s special memories forever.

Since we’ve all been schooling in our own separate spaces this year, we’re asking for everyone’s help in gathering photos so that this edition captures what a unique time it was for everyone.

Here’s how you can help:

Upload your “school photo selfie”:

Since we didn’t get a chance to have official school photos taken, we’re requesting a “school photo selfie” from all students, teachers and staff. See below for a how-to. Our submission lines are open, so smile for the camera and send them on over!

While we haven’t been able to spend much time together physically this year, we have managed to pull off several community events and we’d love your photos. Did you do the Halloween Treat Hunt? Were you at Bingo Night? Are you participating in Game Day? Share your zoom photos and especially the at-home, behind-the-camera photos of your participation. We will also be soliciting specific themed photos – stay tuned for more!

Buy a Dedication for your Child or Teacher:

Dedications cover the cost of printing this book.

We accept dedications from children, parents, family members, teachers, and businesses. There is no limit to the number and variety of dedications available. Use your imagination!

Every child receives a FREE copy of the yearbook and they LOVE to be surprised by your tributes!

Submission is a TWO STEP PROCESS!

(1) Submit Your Dedication by May 15, send an email to yearbook@friendsofwalgrove.com with the subject line “Walgrove Yearbook Dedication”. Attach all photos (high resolution and either jpg or png format, please), include your name, your student’s name, your dedication text and confirmation of payment. You can do the design yourself or request that our trusty designers create something beautiful for you from the photos and text.

(2) Pay online via the links below:

1/8 Page – Family Rate ($20)

1/4 Page – Family Rate ($30) / Business Rate ($60)

1/2 Page – Family Rate ($45) / Business Rate ($100)

Full Page – Family Rate ($80) / Business Rate ($200)

Teacher Dedication Upgrade (each classroom gets 1/2 page for FREE to dedicate to their teacher but if you would like to upgrade to a full page, the cost is $35)
