Mr. Canon’s educational philosophy is that learning happens when students are excited and engaged. He provides exposure to a variety of subjects, with an emphasis on hands-on learning experiences. Mr. Canon believes that learning should be connected to real life.

Why Walgrove? Mr. Canon appreciates the small, community-oriented feel of Walgrove. He loves the Walgrove Wildlands and has even joined the LMU Center for Urban Resilience Program which focuses on Ecology and the Urban Environment so he can bring that knowledge back to the Walgrove community.
